How often should I turn my reed sticks?

We highly recommend rotating your reed sticks every 1-2 weeks to ensure longer lasting fragrance.

How long does a soy melt cube last?

The duration per soy melt cube is 48 / 72 hours, pending on fragrance strength you may get longer.

When should I trim my candle wick?

Trimming your candle wick is so important, after every burn we recommend trimming your wick. This will ensure a cleaner burn and longevity of your candle.

Does the facial cleansing bar cater to sensitive skin?

Yes it does, however if your skin is hyper sensitive we do recommend doing a patch test before complete application.

What's the difference between the Body Custards and Body Glow?

Body Custard is more of a cream consistency with a body safe cosmetic fragrance, Body Glow is an organic Shea Butter with a thicker consistency and infused with certified organic essential oils.

What is your recommendation for applying the essential oil rollers?

Being an all natural formula it's and ideal blend for the temples, wrists, neckline and chest.

How many shampoo applications do you recommend with each wash?

For longer lasting hair and ensuring your scalp and hair is thoroughly cleaned we highly recommend x2 shampoo when washing.

How many applications should one get from a body massage candle?

A little goes a long way, 15 applications per body massage candle.

How long should a candle burn for on its initial burn?

Depending on the size of the vessel, a candles initial burn is normally 2 hours. You want to ensure that the wax it melted edge to edge of the perimeter of the jar, this will ensure an even burn memory of your candle.
